6 TONNES DIVERTED
To encourage and inspire the next generation of STEM students to co-create a future worth inhabiting.
“The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery.”
TPSP is a Melbourne-based not-for-profit that’s primary operation centres around promoting STEM education via diverting scientific equipment from landfill and donates it to schools in need. We are a registered charity with current DGR status via an auspice arrangement with The Royal Society of Victoria.
By establishing positive relationships with companies, organisations and other stakeholders in our STEM ecosystem, we can help make a difference in STEM education.
Since March 2018, we’ve helped 27 schools in sourcing new STEM infrastructure for the classroom. By doing so almost 18,000 students have access to new equipment.
We’ve donated over $110,000 in free science equipment and consumables to schools in need using what already exists in our STEM ecosystem.
6 tonnes diverted
We’ve helped reduce the impact by our STEM ecosystem on the environment by diverting over 6 tonnes of equipment and consumables to classrooms from landfill.
